1. Scope of Marketplace

UniLib Notes provides a connection platform between students seeking specific study materials (buyers/requesters) and creators/tutors who supply them (sellers).

2. Limitation of Liability

UniLib Notes acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, format, or completeness of any deliverables.

Any transactions, payments, or agreements made between users are private contracts. We are not liable for user disputes, refunds, tax obligations, or undelivered materials.

3. Payout and Earnings Structure

Creators are eligible to receive a portion of ad revenue or subscription fees as specified in their dashboard. Payouts are made monthly via UPI. You must provide a valid, active UPI ID to receive payouts.

4. Fees and Service Charges

UniLib Notes reserves the right to charge service fees on marketplace transactions to support platform development and hosting. Any such fees will be clearly presented before a transaction takes place.
