UniLib Notes respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our platform without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with its exact URL.
  • Your contact information (email, phone, address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, UniLib Notes maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
